American Power Act of 2010

American Power Act of 2010

American Clean Energy and Security Act was the name of a Senate bill that would have created a carbon emissions cap-and-trade system while providing subsidies for clean energy technology and development. During the 111th Congress, the House version of the bill passed, but the American Power Act failed in the Senate.
